Please note that our vehicle delivery schedule operates daily from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Bookings requested outside these hours may be rescheduled, adjusted, or canceled unless previously arranged with our team. In the event of a cancellation due to scheduling limitations, a full refund will be provided.

Drivers under the age of 23 or with less than 3 years of driving experience may be subject to booking amendments based on insurance requirements. Certain coverage options may not apply depending on age and driving history restrictions. Additional insurance conditions may also apply to senior drivers according to insurance policies and regulations.

Bookings made shortly before the requested rental date are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Our team will contact customers during business hours regarding confirmation or cancellation, and full refunds will be issued when applicable.

Insurance Policy

The insurance coverage does not include damage to tires, wheels, windows, mirrors, the underside of the vehicle, personal belongings, or traffic violation fines. During the rental period, the vehicle remains the responsibility of the driver at all times. In the event of an accident or damage, customers are required to immediately report the incident to local authorities and provide the necessary documentation at the end of the rental period.

Damage waiver options reduce liability under specific conditions but may not cover all types of incidents, vehicle accessories, or personal property transported inside the vehicle. Coverage applies only within the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
